Breathwork

Breathwork is the conscious manipulation of your breath for a desired result.

And just what exactly does THAT mean, Jenna? It means you are intentionally choosing to inhale (breathe in) a certain way and/or exhale (breathe out) in a certain way for a specific reason.

Maybe it’s to feel less stress and anxiety. Maybe it’s to release trapped emotions. Maybe you want to sleep better. Whatever your reason - there’s a breathwork technique for that.

But honestly, here’s the reality:
- I can tell you how much breathwork has transformed my life.
- I can tell you how ever since I found breathwork many years ago that my soul has never been more at peace and in alignment with my purpose here on Earth in this lifetime.
- I can tell you I’ve tried dozens of tools and that breathwork has been the most impactful to my life (and as a result, the lives of those around me).
- I can tell you A LOT about breathwork.

But you really just have to experience it yourself. If you are feeling at all nudged to give breathwork a try, I encourage you to do so to see if it’s the right tool for you!
